How we handle your information.

We collect as little as possible, use it only to reply to you, and never sell it. This page explains exactly what that means in practice.

01Who we are

NykStack is a web development studio operating from Malaysia. For anything in this policy, you can reach us at nikarif60@gmail.com.

02What we collect

There is one place on this site where you can give us personal information: the contact form. Nothing else on the site asks you for anything.

When you submit that form, we receive whatever you typed into it:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your company name, if you give one
  • The project type and budget range you select, if you select them
  • The message you write

03What we do with it

We use it to read your enquiry and reply to it. That is the only purpose.

We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone for marketing. We will not add you to a mailing list because you contacted us — if we ever start sending a newsletter, it will be something you opt into separately and deliberately.

04Who else sees it

Two companies handle your submission on its way to us, because that is how the site is built:

  • Vercel, which hosts this site and runs the code that receives the form. Vercel also keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses.
  • Resend, which delivers the resulting email to our inbox.

05Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party tracking scripts. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.

Your browser stores nothing from us between visits.

06Rate limiting and spam

To stop the contact form being flooded, we briefly keep a record of which IP addresses have submitted it recently. That record holds the address and a timestamp, nothing else, and it is discarded within minutes. It is never linked to the content of your message.

The form also contains a hidden field that real visitors never see. Automated submissions that fill it in are discarded.

07How long we keep it

Your enquiry arrives as an ordinary email and stays in our inbox the way any business correspondence does. If you would rather we deleted it, ask and we will.

08Your rights

Under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010, you can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. If you are in the UK or the EU, the equivalent rights under the UK GDPR and GDPR apply.

Email nikarif60@gmail.com and we will act on it. You do not need to give a reason.

09Changes to this policy

We will update this page if what we do changes, and the date at the top will change with it. This version is dated 9 August 2026.
