These terms apply to your use of this website. They are not the terms of any project we do for you — that work is governed by whatever proposal, quote or contract NykStack and you sign, and if the two ever disagree, the signed agreement wins.

The descriptions of our services, our process and our capabilities are here to tell you what we do. They are not a binding offer, a quote, or a guarantee of any particular outcome or timeline. Nothing becomes a commitment until it is written into an agreement we both sign.

Sending us an enquiry does not create a contract or a client relationship, and it does not oblige either of us to anything. We may decline work for any reason.

Please do not send confidential information through the contact form. Tell us that you have something sensitive to share and we will arrange a proper channel first.

The text, design, code and artwork on this site belong to NykStack unless stated otherwise. You are welcome to read it, share links to it, and quote it with attribution. Republishing it as your own, or reusing the design wholesale, is not permitted.

Third-party components used in the build carry their own licences, which we honour.

We aim to keep the site up and correct, but we do not guarantee it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or remove anything on it without notice.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website or from relying on information published on it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the Malaysian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
